Construction

Purpose-built from
the inside out.

Four interlocking mica fins keep the live resistance coils electrically separated while preserving a straight, low-restriction air passage. Coil zones, fan tap, terminal layout and retaining rings are matched to the tool housing and airflow curve.

CONCEPT VIEW

The drawing communicates functional layers. Final construction follows the approved product drawing.

Applications

Where this product
does its best work.

The final configuration is matched to the mounting conditions, thermal load and control system in the finished equipment.

01

Professional Heat Guns

Fast-response cores for repair, stripping and forming tools.

02

Plastic Welding

Controlled hot air for thermoplastic seams and detailing.

03

Shrink & Drying Tools

Compact airflow heating for packaging and field-service equipment.

Engineering reference

A flexible starting
specification.

Values shown are typical design ranges. Production specifications are confirmed against the approved drawing and application conditions.

01

Airflow-first Geometry

Core diameter, length and open area matched to fan delivery.

02

Divided Coil Zones

Resistance layout and fan taps tailored to heat and speed stages.

03

Protected Insulation

Mica barriers keep energized coils spaced from the metal nozzle.

04

Assembly-ready Ends

Retaining rings, thermal cut-off positions and leads to drawing.

Insulation Former High-temperature mica board
Rated Voltage 100–240 V or custom
Element NiCr resistance coil
Form Cylindrical cross-former core
Typical Power 300–2,200 W, application dependent
Configuration Core, taps, fuse and lead custom
APPLICATION NOTE

This is a forced-convection component. Coil temperature and outlet temperature depend on verified airflow; the heater must not be energized without the designed fan flow and safety controls.
