Professional Heat Guns
Fast-response cores for repair, stripping and forming tools.
The key thermal component inside a professional heat gun: a divided nichrome coil system supported by a mica cross-former and engineered around the fan curve, airflow path and outlet temperature.
Adjust the visual geometry and record the electrical, connection and application requirements. Every combination remains subject to engineering review.
Four interlocking mica fins keep the live resistance coils electrically separated while preserving a straight, low-restriction air passage. Coil zones, fan tap, terminal layout and retaining rings are matched to the tool housing and airflow curve.
The final configuration is matched to the mounting conditions, thermal load and control system in the finished equipment.
Fast-response cores for repair, stripping and forming tools.
Controlled hot air for thermoplastic seams and detailing.
Compact airflow heating for packaging and field-service equipment.
Values shown are typical design ranges. Production specifications are confirmed against the approved drawing and application conditions.
Core diameter, length and open area matched to fan delivery.
Resistance layout and fan taps tailored to heat and speed stages.
Mica barriers keep energized coils spaced from the metal nozzle.
Retaining rings, thermal cut-off positions and leads to drawing.
